NEW BATTERY UPDATE — We heard you! We have upgraded our 6500 mAh battery to now include a USB-C charging input so that you no longer need a separate charger. Just plug the battery into the USB-C charging cable (provided) and plug the other end into any USB port and you are good to go! This is a very recent upgrade so there’s a chance you thought you were getting the previous version that required you to use our charger.
Not all Gobi Heat batteries are interchangeable.
Different products use different voltages and connector types, so it’s worth taking a moment to confirm the correct match for your gear.

Why is the return policy 30 days after receiving my order?
We want our customers to fully enjoy our products throughout their daily activities, and we believe that 30 days will help give you a true feeling of the sizing and quality of our products. The product I want is out of stock. When can I expect more in stock?
We occasionally get in new shipments throughout the winter season. If we are getting more in stock, you will be able to backorder the product. If there is no option to backorder, you can expect it to be back in stock the following September.
SHIPPING
When will I get my order and how do I track it?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order has shipped an email with a tracking number will be emailed to the email on file. Be sure to check your junk folder as some automated messages may go there.
I'm shipping to Canada, am I responsible for duties and taxes?
All international customs and duties charges, resulting from a purchase going to a non-US address, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Charges resulting from a refused shipments will be deducted from any eligible refund.
