Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to check your junk folder as some automated messages may go there.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Am I responsible for duties and taxes?
All international customs and duties charges for orders shipped outside of the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. Charges resulting from refused shipments will be deducted from any eligible refund.
What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate your package, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are exchanges free?
Exchanges within the U.S. qualify for free return processing when eligible.
Who pays return shipping?
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless they opted into our Free Returns & Exchanges add-on at checkout. Discounted return labels may also be available.
Are final sale items returnable?
No. Final sale items are considered clearance items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
All Gobi Heat products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Rechargeable batteries are covered under a separate 90-day warranty.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please follow the instructions on our Warranty Page and include your order details and a description of the issue.
Are warranty claims eligible for refunds?
Warranty claims are fulfilled through replacement and are not eligible for refunds.

How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the product and heat setting:
- 3 Zone Jackets: up to 10 hours (low), 7 hours (med), 5 hours (high)
- 5 Zone Jackets: up to 9 hours (low), 6 hours (med), 4 hours (high)
- Gloves: up to 6 hours (low), 3 hours (med), 2 hours (high)
- Socks: up to 12 hours (low), 6 hours (med), 4 hours (high)
- Beanies: up to 7.5 hours (low), 5.5 hours (med), 3.5 hours (high)
- Base Layer Pants: up to 10 hours (low), 7 hours (med), 5 hours (high)
- Blankets: up to 6 hours (low), 4.5 hours (med), 3.5 hours (high)
How do I wash my Gobi product?
Disconnect your battery from the cable, place the cable back into the battery pocket, then wash and dry on gentle cycles.

What if I need more battery life?
You can purchase additional batteries or chargers from our accessories collection.
Can I buy replacement batteries?
Yes, replacement/additional batteries are available in our battery collection.

Discounts & Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with most other promotions.
Why won’t my discount code work?
Discount codes may not apply to certain items, may be expired, or may not be combinable with other promotions.
Do free gifts need to be returned?
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned in original condition. Otherwise, its value may be deducted from your refund.
Can promotions be applied after purchase?
Promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
