RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Gobi Heat stands behind the quality of the Gobi Heat brand. We want happy and satisfied customers! Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a one-year warranty.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Additionally, if you are at all unsatisfied the outerwear you have purchased from Gobi Heat, you can return your item(s) and get your money back. The conditions of this guarantee are as follows:

• Items must be returned at customer’s expense if there is no defect.

• After the return is received, processing the return may take 2-3 business days.

• Items must be post marked or dropped off with the carrier on or before 14 days of receiving your item or 14 days after Christmas, whichever is longer. (See our FAQs for more information on this policy)

• The original order number must be included with the return.
• Credit will only be given to the method of payment originally used.
• Items must be unused and unwashedItems must be returned with the battery and charger, in the original packaging
• Items returned in unsellable condition, including covered in pet hair; smelling of smoke; perfumes; cologne etc. will not be refunded
• Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations

There are two options for exchanges:

1. Place a new order for your replacement jacket and return your first purchase (using the return instructions below). We will immediately refund the purchase price of the first jacket, up receipt.

OR

2. Return your first purchase (using the returns instructions below) and include your a note with your requested replacement jacket in with the return. We will contact you to arrange shipping method and payment.
