Insert fans into the back openings with the GOBI logo facing outward.
Plug the DC connectors into the back of the fans.

2. Power On & Select Mode

Press and hold the power button to turn it on. Press once for low, twice for medium, and three times for high.

3. Stay Cool & Comfortable

Wear the shell and enjoy hours of cooling. To turn off, hold the button again until the light shuts off.

Battery Care

To keep your battery in optimal condition, fully charge and discharge it every 3 to 6 months. Only use Gobi Heat batteries with your product to ensure safe and reliable performance. If the battery becomes damaged, dropped, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, discontinue use immediately. When traveling, always pack the battery in your carry-on luggage rather than checked baggage. And when it's time to dispose of the battery, do not throw it in the trash—please use proper recycling methods.

How do I get the air to flow up my neck?

The Gobi tag inside the neck can be "snapped" to create a c-shape. This creates a channel for the air to flow up your neck.

The product I want is out of stock. When can I expect more in stock?

We occasionally get in new shipments throughout the winter season. If we are getting more in stock, you will be able to backorder the product. If there is no option to backorder, you can expect it to be back in stock the following September.
